At ElixiJewelry, we're committed to delivering your order safely and on time.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

  • Netherlands & Belgium: 3–7 business days
  • Rest of Europe: 5–12 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods such as holidays.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on all orders over €50
  • Standard shipping: €3.95

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Customs & Import Duties For orders delivered outside the European Union, customs fees or import duties may apply upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. ElixiJewelry is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
