Do you offer free shipping? Yes! All orders over €50 qualify for free shipping. Standard shipping is €3.95.

Can I track my order? Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email within 24–48 hours.

What materials are your pieces made from? Our jewelry is crafted from 316L stainless steel and premium alloys, finished with 14K or 18K gold plating, rosé gold plating, or silver plating.

Will my jewelry tarnish? Our pieces are tarnish-resistant and designed for everyday wear. Avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfume, and harsh chemicals to extend their life.

How do I care for my jewelry? Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wearing. Store in a cool, dry place — ideally in the pouch or box it arrived in.

Are your pieces hypoallergenic? Yes. All ElixiJewelry pieces are made with hypoallergenic materials, suitable for sensitive skin.
